Reserve My SpotYou’re not broken. You’re just done carrying things that no longer belong to you.
This one-day retreat is for women who have been holding it together, pushing through, and quietly thinking… something has to change.
This is your pause button. Your reset.
Your chance to come back to yourself before the next chapter begins.
What This Day Is Designed to Do
By the end of the day, you will:
- Feel your body slow down instead of living in fight-or-flight
- Let go of patterns, roles, and survival habits that are exhausting you
- Reconnect with yourself, not everyone else’s expectations
- Gain clarity around relationships, work, money, and pleasure
- Leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more like yourself again
This is about letting that shit go so your life can actually flow.
What’s Included
We conclude the day with a private sound bath, as your nervous system needs time to settle.
You’ll rest comfortably while resonant sounds from singing bowls and chimes move through the body, helping it shift out of stress and into deep rest.
Think of it as a full-body exhale.
A nervous system reset.
The moment everything finally settles.
